About Institute

Gurgaon College of Engineering was established by a philanthropic society in the name of Lord Krishna Charitable Trust (Regd.) to impart higher education at par with global standards to cater the need of today’s industries and technocrats with sound knowledge and managerial skills. With our strong vision, strategy and organizational leadership we endeavor to build the Institute as a pre - eminent centre in Technology and Management. GCE is approved by AICTE Govt of Haryana and affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak under the dynamic leadership of Er Ranjan Aggarwal (Chairman), Shri Vijay Gupta (Vice Chairman),and Er G.K.Sethi (Secreatry) .

 HOSTEL: 

GCE provides its hostel residents with excellent services and facilities. Living on campus is not only a comfortable experience for the students, but it also gives them an opportunity to use the other facilities at Institute such as the library and computer center gym sports etc. It has separate hostel residents with excellent service and facilities. Living on campus is not only a comfortable experience for boys and girls. The boy’s hostel has the capacity of 260 students on double sharing and triple sharing basis and girls hostel has capacity of 150 students on double sharing basis.

The campus hostel is surrounded by lush green lawns and play fields. Library and computer facilities are provided in the college campus till late hours to facilitate hostel students and students staying nearby. 
Hygienic and quality food prepared by professionally qualified cooks is provided to the students in the hostel canteen / mess.
The hostel is provided by a full power backup.

The Institute has an extremely well-kept self service cafeteria appropriately named ‘Sip-n-Bite Café’. It caters to the students taste-bud and is a great place to unwind in between the hectic lecture-lab schedules.

The way to the cafeteria is refreshingly beautiful and the atmosphere inside it is heart-warming and relaxing. It has a modern, comfortable, aesthetically planned seating arrangement. The rich and varied fare it offers ranges from quick, crisp anytime-snacks, delicious ice-creams, hot and cold beverages to sumptuous meals. And all this is available at very reasonable, in fact, appetizing rates.

The cafeteria is a cheerful place to be in at all times. It bustles with irrepressible youngsters and brims over with their infectious vibrant spirit.

SPORTS:

Games & Sports Education in its broad sense means development of overall lifelong personality of an individual. The practice of Physical Education & Sports is a fundamental right for all (UNESCO). This department is committed to develop cardio respiratory fitness, general motor ability, differential ability, quick decision ability, quick judgment ability, quick reflex action and decreased movement time. The department preserves & develops physical, intellectual, moral power of the human being and quality of life at national and quality of life at international level. Students & staff member enjoy excellent and one of the best spots facilities available in the country.
