Thus away from hustle and bustle of city yet very near to city as it takes only about 5 minutes to reach the campus.The environment are peaceful, healthy, hygienic and pollution free for all round development of the students. The large and sprawling ultra modern building of SURAJ houses specious class rooms, fully equipped with state of art teaching  aids with separate faculty, managerial and administration wings.

Class Rooms :

We design our class room with all comfortable facilities like Green Black Board for clear visibility, Clean Desk, easy chairs, Air conditioned environment, 24 hrs. Power backup, Projector, LCD projector,  etc 

Labs & Workshop:  

Institute has good  state of art Computer laboratories that house a huge number of Pentium IV nodes with latest configuration equipped with latest technologies connected through a campus wide network. In addition to full fledged server room with five latest servers, campus has three computer laboratories to provide flexibility of working hours for students as well as to maintain the ratio of one user to one computer.

Physics Laboratory
The institute has a well-equipped spacious and ventilated Physics Lab with state of the art instruments conforming with the latest technology which caters to the requirements of experiments to be performed.

Chemistry Laboratory
In Chemistry lab, all the chemicals and salts are available for experiments. Lab has a capacity of 50 students to work at a time for various experiments. So that each student can have a separate gas burner, burette and pipette at his/her workstation.
Workshop
Campus is having a well-equipped workshop with all equipments which are mandatory by the university. For Research students learn about basic manufacturing methods. Every student prepares jobs in all the shops with his/her own hands under the guidance of experienced faculty and technicians.

The course is structured on semester system. Each academic session has two semesters with entire course divided into 4 semesters-The medium of instructions & examinations is compulsorily English. The course is designed not only with the objective of encompassing knowledge of management but also to teach subjects like computers,. A candidate under 2 year integrated courses will be awarded MBA degree after completion of 2 years. This is a master degree can be completed only if you are graduate. It may be hard to imagine today, but at the beginning of the 20th century, the Wright Brothers were just getting their "flying machine" off the ground, the telephone was still a novelty, and the first crude computer was still thirty years from invention. As we begin the 21st century, the rapid transmission of data has become indispensable to many consumers and businesses, which consider innovations such as communications satellites, wireless phones and computer networks staples of everyday life. The Deptartment. of Electronics & Comm. Engg is imparting the required technical and practical knowledge to the students. An effort is being made to groom these students not only to become successful Electronics & Comm. Engineers but also very good citizens of the society. The Department has highly qualified and competent faculty members in the areas of Digital Signal Processing, Active Circuits, Data Communications & Networking, Mobile and Wireless communications, High Speed Networks, Optical Networks and VLSI & Micro-electronics. The Deptt. has well equipped laboratories with latest of kits and equipment available so as to give practical hands on experience to our students. The equipment available in the labs are enhanced/upgraded as an on going process so as to keep pace with the latest developments in the field of Electronics & Comm. Engineering. The Deptt.will makes efforts to ensure that knowledge of the faculty is also updated regularly by arranging National Seminars, Faculty Development Programmes in the college as well by sending them to attend seminars/conferences at outside institutions. It is because we believe that a well-qualified and learned faculty is able to disseminate the knowledge to the students in a better way. Lectures on Personality Development, ethics / mannerism, confidence building and conduct of group discussions by senior faculty helps our students to develop themselves into good, confident professionals so as to prove to be an asset to any organization they choose to work with. For the first time in India under graduate course in Computer Science and Engineering was offered in 1977 under Electrical Engineering Department with a modest strength of 10 students.  Over the years it has established itself into a separate department. The department with the passage of its evolution and growth has succeeded in creating its place of excellence not only within the college but among its counterparts in the country and abroad. It has been attracting bright students from all parts of the country for quality education in computer science at under graduate, post graduate and doctoral levels. Mechanical engineering is an engineering discipline that involves the application of principles of physics for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. It requires a solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics and energy. Mechanical engineers use the core principles as well as other knowledge in the field to design and analyze motor vehicles, aircraft, heating and cooling systems, watercraft, manufacturing plants, industrial equipment and machinery, robotics, medical devices and more.   Mechanical Engineering Department of Suraj College of Engineering & Management has well-equipped labs and provides excellent guidance through experienced faculty.The department is broadly divided into three academic groups:   Design Engineering   Production and Industrial Engineering   Thermal Engineering  The various lab facilities include modern equipments and machinery in the area of design, thermal and production field.Tools, techniques, processes, controls and equipments have undergone enormous changes for achieving high efficiency, more productivity, best quality, easy maintenance . It strives to utilize economically the materials for production of serviceable goods. Apart from imparting theoretical knowledge, laboratory practice plays a vital role for increasing the technical concepts of the students.The department of Mechanical Engineering at SITM, is continuously & consistently, affecting value addition courses and new teaching methodologies. The department. has following developed laboratories and workshops: Dynamics of Machine(DOM) Kinematics of machine(KOM) Internal Combustion Engine Heat and Mass transfer Material Science Fluid Mechanics Strength of Material Energy conversion Measurement and Instrumentation Hydraulic Machines Mechanical Workshop In these laboratories students perform experiments of following types: * Verification of basic principles * Execute new ideas. * Try to develop new things.. * Fitting and Foundry * Assemble/fabricate and test * Design for specific purpose. Automobile Engineering, Refrigeration and air-conditioning laboratories are under development. ELIGIBILITY FOR BBA A candidate must have passed senior secondary examination on the pattern of 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate, in any discipline from a recognized Board of Education or an equivalent examination recognized by the University. In case of SC category, the candidate should have secured minimum pass marks in the qualifying examination. OBJECTIVE The objective of BBA Program is to impart rigorous theory and practical curriculum to help us  in developing each student’s total personality. It is designed to give 10+2  students exposure to management skills needed for the creation of specialists who can integrate across functional areas in any organization. It will develop them as  visionaries problem solvers and entrepreneur. PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHT BBA is three years full time regular programme affiliated to M.D.University / (A Govt. recognized UGC degree). After this valuable  degree one can join 2 year full time PGDM / MBA Programmes. Executive jobs at entry level are available across the industry after BBA. ELIGIBILOTY CONDITION A candidate must have passed senior secondary examination on the pattern of 10+2 or an equivalent examination in any stream from any recognize Board / Institution. OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE Our advanced curriculum prepares students for carrier opportunity in different areas such as: MBA Software Development Network Security & Administration Database Management & Services Internet Marketing and e-business solution At SCET we prepare student for career in this global industry by providing the the highest quality education in computer science & application. PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS BCA is a three years full time regular programme. The course is affiliated to MD University / (A Govt. recognized UGC degree). The curriculum is based on the upgraded syllabus in tune with industry demand with practical project assignment in industry to prepare students for Techno commercial career in future. Weekly CAT,MAT,XAT (PGDM,MBA) entrance preparation capsule is compulsory to all students to ensure their selection in top 50 Business Schools of the country. Every student of BBA / BCA programme shall be required to undergo a practical training in a corporate organization approved by institute for four weeks normally in summer vacation after the end of the fourth semester.
